Chuck Solarek spent 26 years in the US Navy as a mechanic in nuclear powered submarines. As such he was responsible for the maintenance and operation of numerous auxiliary equipment and large diesel engines. He is quite knowledgeable in all things mechanical. He has successfully completed certification courses with American Boat & Yacht Council (ABYC) for Standards, Marine Electrical Systems and Corrosion.
While mechanical inspections are his specialty, Chuck is also available for Condition and Value, Insurance surveys and insurance damage claim inspections. He is an Accredited Marine Surveyor, Yachts & Small Craft with the Society of Accredited Marine Surveyors® presently serving as the Vice-President of Membership.
